Hand Count Verification

Click on a house district from the following list to view the hand count verification results by district and precinct. Only one precinct per district was randomly selected for the hand count verification process. All candidate races, unless uncontested, were counted. Additionally, only one randomly selected judicial race and ballot measure were counted. The randomly selected judicial race was from Judicial District 3 Judge Dickinson and the randomly selected ballot measure was ballot measure two.

Although, not required by state law, there were districts randomly selected for absentee, questioned and early voting. For these ballots, only one randomly drawn statewide race was counted, which was for US Representative. To determine the districts to be counted, there was a random drawing of the four regions. The first two regions drawn had one district in the region randomly selected for absentee ballots (House Districts 22 and 28) and the remaining regions had one district in the region randomly selected for questioned ballots (House Districts 1 and 34). For early voting, one of the 40 house districts was randomly drawn (House District 33).
Numbers in Black are final counts. Numbers in Red are the hand count results.
